Radmore Cattery

 

The cattery comprises 16 standard chalets which can comfortably accommodate two cats from the same household, and 4 family chalets that can cater for up to four cats from the same household. The chalets all have individually heated sleeping areas for your cat along with an outside covered exercise run. The chalets have a full sneeze gap between them and are enclosed within a safety passage. The chalets all overlook a traditional picturesque fruit orchard.

 

Your cat is assured a comfortable stay in our cattery - the luxury modern boarding chalets operate to the high standards set by the Feline Advisory Bureau (FAB). Everything is provided to ensure your cat is content although owners are encouraged to bring something familiar from the cat's environment to help them settle in.

 

The cattery is run by Kathryn who has achieved Animal Welfare qualifications and has received training at an FAB registered cattery to ensure the safety and happiness of your cat whilst in our care.

 

Feeding your cat

Individual cat's diets are catered for in the purpose-built cattery kitchen. Your cat will also be fed close to their ususal routine so they remain content and comfortable in their environment. Special attention is given to kittens and elderly cats as required.

 

Cattery cleaning

At Radmore Cattery cleaning is taken as a serious matter and recommendations are followed as set out in the Feline Advisory Bureau's guidelines. The cats' chalets are fitted with full sneeze gaps between them to allow a safe, clean and hygienic environment for your cat.

 

Vaccinations

All cats entering Radmore Cattery must be vaccinated against Feline Infectious Enteritis and upper respiritory infections (cat flu). Boosters must have been administered no less than 10 days before boarding. An up-to-date vaccination certificate must be shown on arrival.

 

Viewing the cattery

Viewings are welcomed and recommended.

We are open:

 

10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm - Monday to Saturday

10am to 1pm on Sundays.

 

Reception and collection at other times can be arranged by special appointment only.
